"After two years and ten people I talk to at Sate Farm I had a three year problem resolved in 24 hours at Shelonda Paytons office. This relationship between her office and I is very new but I am already impressed. I was upset and hurt when I switched to her office a few weeks ago. I got Isaac on the phone and he caught an ear full of a problem that had nothing to do with him. This man listened and cared about my problem even when I wasn't giving the best attitude. He overlooked it and cared about me. Not only did he fix the problem he assured me my new state farm office will always be there for me when I need. For the first time since I've been a state farm customer I believe them! I am happy to be a part of a caring state farm team."

"at first I gave them a 5 start but after they received my money it’s like they became so unprofessional they could not send Give me a binder for my business policy I went the whole month of Nov thinking I had insurance and the underwriters cancelled it no one reached out to me I have called this office multiple time no call back no answer my money has not been sent back to me or anything I will be putting a complaint in and hopefully that resolves my issues as well as transferring to another agency"
